The development of the Bi-Flow Prep Station is just another example of our capability as a viable alternative to other recognised leading commercial refrigeration manufacturers.

Our Prep Station offers a number of advantages including a dedicated air flow to both the recessed gastronorm pan rail and the lower storage area.

In addition, the unique forced air distribution system allows positioning of drawer sets in place of any, or all doors. Equipment can be specified in kitchen templates, to best suit the ergonomics of the layout, rather than the limitations of the units.

Our standard product lines are complimented by our traditional sheet metal fabrication skills, allowing us to provide non-standard products at a very reasonable cost. Here we are very flexible and capable.
