That means we won't take on more work than we can handle – which is why the date we quote is the date our customers get their refrigeration. 

To cope with demand for Precision products we've recently completed a 3/4 of a million  investment programme, doubling the size of the factory and increasing our manufacturing capacity.  We've also employed 50% more factory floor staff who are running a second shift in the sheet metal production area. 

When customers need refrigeration fast they usually need it today – or tomorrow at the latest.  Our aim is to hold stock of the market's most popular, fast moving (standard) items such as upright cabinets, gastronorm counters and 150 litre undercounter units.   We're not doing it just because we're nice people, or just because it will help keep our dealers and their customers happy.  We're also doing because it should help us win new business.

Our new manufacturing facility uses state-of-the-art technology.  For example, all products are nitrogen-leak tested with a 'zero-tolerance' electronic mass spectrometer.  This speeds up the fault finding and testing procedure, without the need for overnight leak detection. There’s an additional environmental benefit too, as this will help us to achieve zero leaks at source.
 
Research and development resources have been upgraded, too.  Our two new environmental chambers allow simultaneous testing under differing conditions.  A glycol refrigeration system and internal heater banks allow us to recreate operating conditions ranging from minus 5 to  plus 45°C.  In other words, we can test Precision products' ability to work efficiently in high ambient temperature kitchens, conforming to ISO Climate Class 5.  These hi-tech testing facilities are helping us to improve products, with energy efficiency first and foremost in mind.
