The brainchild of French chef Philippe Brillant, who has cooked at restaurants including the five star Rothschild Hotel du Mont d'Arbois in Mégève and the Michelin Star Chewton Glen in the New Forest, this is the third outpost of his successful venture.
Philippe brings to Harvey Nichols the highest quality French artisan bakery products including an extensive organic bread selection, baked on the premises, created from a wide choice of grains and doughs. Of course there is also a mouth-watering range of treats from the patisserie, to which Harvey Nichols customers are already choosing to make a b-line.
